Economy is taking a roller coaster ride

Really cannot imagine, it is just within 3 months, the economy condition has been changed drastically. From a booming market which is shortage of workers, till a market is cutting down job. Just wonder how long will it takes to recover and back to the "normal"?? I guess only god know the answer...
