This is actually a catchment design to collect all the floating rubbish in the river. I think this is really innovative.. This is how their maintain the clean river in Melbourne.. Nice!
cool dude...great sharing, i think in m'sia they need like hundreds of them and someone to manage to throw the rubbish from the device like every hour since our sea/river is so damn clean if you know what i mean...hahaha...
